Has it always been your childhood dream to be a UFC fighter? How did it all start?
Going into high school I wanted to get in shape. I hated running and was a fan of martial arts. My friend Derek knew a couple of guys doing “NHB” at the time, which is now known as MMA. It was in a warehouse with a bunch of guys training for fights, and I jumped in. I remember the first few months of just getting smashed. But I kept coming back trying to solve this puzzle. Long story short, a year later I was getting better, I had my first fight, and from there I was hooked!
Was there someone in your life that played a huge part in your success?
My Dad and Cuki Alvarez played a huge part in my success. My dad was a martial artist himself so he knew the dedication, discipline, and work it takes to be successful in the sport. Cuki Alvarez was my first coach and mentor. He believed in me and saw something in me that I didn’t see in myself many times. He paved the way, helped me open many doors, and forged THE CRANK
Why do you fight?
I fight because I am fascinated with the martial arts and the art of fighting. It is a very pure sport. A true competition of technique, heart, and will. Coming from a little island group in the Pacific, with blue water, tropical weather all year, amazing people, and beautiful culture… I have always been a proud local boy and really want to show the world where I come from. Show them our island fighting spirit!
Have you ever felt like giving up? What keeps you going?
I felt like giving up many times, Ive had many dark thoughts and heavy conversations with my wife Sarah about it. She believes in me more than I believe in myself at times. She’s the rock that continues to ground me and inspires me to continue to reach my goals. She’s the real CRANK!
UFC lightweight Frank “The Crank” Camacho speaks with John Hyon Ko for Sportskeeda MMA on May 21, 2021, ahead of his clash with Matt Frevola in UFC 263 at the Gila River Arena, Glendale, Arizona, USA.
John Hyon Ko is a combat sports reporter based in Asia and the host of Kumite TV. He invited Frank Camacho to have a delightful and appealing gossip on his upcoming re-scheduled UFC lightweight bout at UFC 263 event on June 12.
The conversation between these two MMA fanatics started with some amazing lines of "Hi & Hello". While Frank Camacho has also shared some of his daily practice routines and rounds with John Hyon Ko's viewers. He stated that " Ending the day with a meal and a practice session always sounds perfect."
Plus, Frank Camacho responded to various questions of John Hyon regarding the importance of the last year (2020) in his career, his fights with Justin Jaynes, Beneil Dariush, and Brok Weaver. He shared his thoughts about those early-round losses against Jaynes and Beniel. While he perceived pity over the suspension of his bout against Brok Weaver at UFC Fight Night 177 after he was tested positive for COVID-19. That quarantine session was tough for him, but he kept on building and molding himself for any fight call from UFC.
Moreover, Frank Camacho accorded his experiences to John, which he had experienced with his family and friends back in Guam. At the same time, John Hyon Ko valued some entertaining opinions about Camacho's new baby girl and his family. Both the guys spent a couple of minutes sharing their family experiences. While Frank Camacho also briefed John on the 24-hour run-walk challenge, which he had taken for Guam's homeless with Roman Dela Cruz and others. Camacho was of the view, "I just wanted to challenge myself. I wanted to walk, trek, and run all across freaking Guam, the long way". He also said, " That walk and my daily routine in Guam helped me a lot to keep myself in shape. All that stuff helped me so much in pushing myself both physically and mentally. He further revealed the legends and concepts behind that long-lasting 50 mile walk.
They further advanced their conversion, and coming right on Frank Camacho's re- scheduled matchup again Matt Frevola. Answering one of the questions, Camacho said, "Nothing has actually changed since the last suspended fight with Frevola. I'm just working on my style. Improving my best areas and working on my weaknesses. I'm so much excited to fight against an orthodox guy. Whether I show up or not, there's no way I'm going to coast. As Frevola is going to bring the fight out of me, similarly I’ll do the same and will bring the fight out of him." Moreover, Camacho told some general aspects of his training sessions and his training partners at the Oyama Camp.
"I think this fight is a must-win for me as I'm on a two-fight losing streak. One more thing about my excitement regarding this fight is the live roaring crowd. I'll just go there and "Crank" the things. I think roaring chants and backing of the crowd make these fights real fights. The crowd assists me to feel the vibration and it'll surely help me in that fight also. I'm really fantasizing about those hard three rounds with Frevola in the ring. I think this "Fantasization" is due to the short fights in the past two fights and I just want to get in there to enjoy and embrace.
I'm just embracing myself for a hard three rounds. I'm feeling the energy", Frank Camacho told John Hyon Ko.
Frank Camacho on his Instagram has already posted a smashing remark on his upcoming fight. He said on April 18, "He's (Frevola) a grinder and he doesn't quit. We are both the type of fighters that you have to put out to win these fights. It's going to be like an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object."
Most prominently, the Crank also got "Fight of the Night" honors in his first three UFC bouts. So, it's going to be a "hot knife through butter" bout!
On May 8, 2021, Frank Camacho had a video interview with the Co-Founder of Fokai Industries, Roman Dela Cruz. Roman Dela Cruz is one of the very close friends and seniors of Frank Camacho. Camacho has great respect, love, and admiration for Roman.
At the time of the interview, Camacho was in his fight training camp in Irvine, California. While Roman was in his home town in Guam. The primary concept of this talk was to get familiar with Camacho and his fighting ventures he gave to the people of Guam. Roman Dela Cruz of Fokai Industries, always wanted to have Frank Camacho on the deck with a lovely talk just to inspire the folks of Guam and the Marianas. Frank Camacho, Roman Dela Cruz, and Fokai Industries always strive and work hard to give Guam and the Mariana Islands its signature in the action sports in the world community.
From the start, it has been many things; among these things—an imminent venture to present the native people of the Mariana Islands to the world as an intelligent, persevering, respectful, and respectable community. Since its inception, the organization has been blessed to have connected and gelled with good people and aims to extend and honor this blessing for a positively purposed, multi- faced formidable, and life-celebrating world community.
A memorable picture of Frank Camacho and Roman Dela Cruz, where Frank "The Crank" Camacho takes 24-hour runwalk challenge for Guam's homeless with Roman Dela Cruz and others.
The conversation between these two gentlemen began with some entertaining and exciting catchwords. The discussion advances on covering some specific points regarding UFC fighters, articles related to them, and some other subjects.
Roman Cruz was off the point, he stated that " I never thought that I was the fighter, I've always thought that it was about the fighters and actually everybody is a fighter, but they're not necessarily fighting in martial arts or the competition, there is some kind of a fight and really that is ultimately what at the core of it that's what martial arts help you to do, it helps you to fight for better position, hopefully that position is rooted in better morals and better character."
While Frank Camacho highlighted that, "Yes, absolutely right. Even in the UFC where I fight or the whole roster fights with our hands, our feet, our knees, and our chokeholds and everything, we all have our different reasons for fighting."
"Yes, we do. I agree and that kind of fight begins when we are born right, we fight to see, we fight to breathe, we fight for the food, we fight for attention, and we fight for results, right. Some kind of results. And you know it's not I don't think fighting has ever started anywhere to make trouble. Fighting has always been just it's been like a struggle and a pursuit of a better position, right, correct! Maybe or maybe it's to defend your position or whatever", Roman Cruz.
Frank Camacho added, "Yes, exactly. Like even within the same realm of fighting, there are different battles."
Furthermore, they shared some memorable and fabulous words regarding Guam's fighters journal. Roman Cruz used to write bi-weekly writes up for this journal. In his pieces, he used to highlight the ultimate MMA fighters who fight abroad to make a name for themselves, for their country. These MMA fighters were mainly from Guam and Mariana Islands, fighting abroad for honor and pride.
Roman also mentioned that "In the past, the coverage of these fights was limited in Guam but now things are changed. We have to move forward, leaving the past behind. And I think you (Frank Camacho) are the best way to talk about the scenarios you're currently living in. The journey of a fighter, UFC fighter."
Frank Camacho added, "Those times were great. And, and that's what and that's why we're in tomorrow time."
They went to add their meaningful laughing colors to this discussion.
Roman Cruz asked some questions about his five-year time span as a diligent reader of the fighters journal and his written pieces. Plus, his experience with the public as an MMA fighter and what are his thoughts about Mariana Island rootings?
Frank Camacho answered in a very detailed way, said, "Wow, so crazy how much goes on in five years, uh, well personally, you know the goal out there, the reason why I dropped the ball on writing the articles was because that year was the year that I was called to be on the ultimate fighter and you know as a pro athlete that just kind of took over and then it just submerged me. I never got to the articles, next thing you know five years have passed, but I've been still training. I, I moved back home and just been building my name in the Guam Micronesia and Asian region, you know fighting with guys from Japan and fighting with guys from Korea because that was the plan the UFC was having fights in Asia about like seven or eight events at the time, like around 2013, 2014. What a way, what a perfect way for me to go under the radar instead of a very saturated fighter market in the states. To come back home, train back home, get rooted back in the culture and with the island, and build my name in this, in the Asian region, you know if there was a guy that they needed a last-minute replacement, my name would be at the top of the list for the last-minute call to fight in the UFC and hey that's what happened.”
Moreover, they both shared their thoughts on Camacho's upcoming bout against Matt Frevola on June 12, 2021.
Further, Roman Cruz asked some questions regarding mixed martial arts future possibilities in Guam and particularly in the Mariana Islands. He also included some more subjects in his above question by mentioning that what would be the larger picture of mixed martial arts excitement, interests, and marination in the Mariana Islands among the Marian island community?
Frank "The Crank" Camacho shared his thoughts on these questions as "Unfortunately, mixed martial arts as far as in Guam still need many sorts of revolutionary steps. The fighters, the practitioners, and the competitors are still too much behind. They are facing difficulties in training. It's becoming hard for them to train themselves as similar to training for a football game. I think this is not the way to go. We've to get ourselves higher, we've to push ourselves more and more and we've to train ourselves harder than a football training. We're in a different day and age. Now it's getting difficult to get to the status of a professional athlete even at the amateur level. I think our fighters and athletes in Guam need more self-motivation, they have to grow their athleticism more and more to translate themselves into mixed martial artists without any real avenue. I think it's quite difficult for a fighter to get fights in the countries like
Japan and Australia without any amateur fights and experience. And in the recent past, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen that many professional fights were paused and many UFC MMA events were dismantled. So this is another case for us. It's a sad one for me personally. Somehow, I've got a fight next month and still many more to come. But I know that I can contribute to my homeland when I'm done with my professional career. I mean I would love to develop these newcomers into exceptional and ultimate mixed martial artists when I get back home.”
Moreover, Roman Cruz has discussed some insights into the future fighters of Guam and the Mariana Islands with Frank Camacho. They also highlighted a couple of mixed martial artists and jiu-jitsu competitors from Guam fighting pro fights abroad.
Roman Cruz and Frank Camacho also highlighted the most prominent mixed martial artists and their high-profile fights. They shared their thoughts on Filipino-American mixed martial artist Brandon "The Truth" Vera and the tournaments in Japan and China. While at the same time, Frank Camacho brings out the fight between the Croatian mixed martial artist Mirko Cro Cop and the French fighter Jérôme Le Banner. They stepped on each moment of that fight and went on laughing.
"As a fighter athlete, what is your goal?”, Roman Cruz.
"Yeah, as a fighter athlete competitor my goal is..... sorry...sorry... I hate to say that I've never strived hard for a dream of holding that belt after becoming a champion. I've worked hard, but I've always got everything just with my self-awareness, self-reflection, and the understanding of what actually I want to accomplish. I know when I was growing up and started martial arts for the first time, I came across sherdog.com and downloaded all the highlight reels of Wanderlei Silva. Watching him, knocking the people down with the head kicks, all were just crazy highlights. The countdown was started right from there. And those promotional events featuring BJ Penn when he was at his peak were just phenomenal for me. The chants of Hawaii, the chants of Hilo, all were due to his masterclass. He made a name for himself by his sheer commitments. He made his nation proud of him. Right from there, I've set a goal, an aim for me. And that goal was to fight for the Marianas. Whether it's a fight for the title or an ordinary UFC bout, I’ve to go there and fight. I’ve just made my mind that whatever it demands, I've to come down in the countdown for my Marian nation. This was my ultimate UFC goal."
Furthermore, Roman Cruz asked some questions related to Camacho's training and personal fitness and Camacho sincerely shared all that stuff with details. While Frank Camacho also clarified various questions of Roman Cruz concerning his fighting skills, his intelligent moves in the fights, and his skill practicing sessions.
There were also a couple of freaky questions that Roman Cruz asked Frank Camacho, but he was unable to answer them stating that "These are for the next meeting."
Both the guys started laughing and called the meeting off on the "Roger, Out!" call.
DATE DAY!
Usually Sarah and I have our usual weekly/biweekly date nights, but today we wanted to try something different. With three kids, sometimes finding a baby sitter is difficult. We were lucky that Sarah's parents were available to take the kids and off we were on our "date day."
We had a window of 4 hours to ourselves. WE WERE STOKED!
I remembered Coffee Slut coffee shop in East Agana posted on their instagram that they offered scooter rentals. I thought, what better way to see the village of Agana then on scooters. For those of you that dont know, Guam is hot! Especially around mid afternoon, but I knew the scooters were fast enough to give us a breeze during the ride... and the fun would distract us from the heat.
We got the scooters at Coffee Slut and headed straight to the heart of Agana. One cool attraction about Agana are the massive Murals local and international artists have created. HUGE PIECES OF ART! And beautiful!
The wifey and I decided to make a Vlog of all the murals we could find and share it with all of yall.
We urge you to go on this Mural Tour in Agana, GU! Youll have a blast!
Let us know if we missed a Mural!
SHOOTS! Enjoy the video.

The UFC is going to make a second attempt to start the fight between Frank "The Crank" Camacho and Matt "The Steamrolla" Frevola. Both fighters were cataloged to face each other a year earlier, but Frevola was removed from the party after his cornerman, and also UFC fighter Billy Quarantillo tested positive for COVID-19. This time Camacho and Frevola will meet in the Lightweight division on June 12 at UFC 263.
This pair of gritty and resolute UFC lightweights will be looking to get back into the win column this June.
Fighter Path MMA was the first to report that Matt Frevola will fight Frank Camacho at UFC 263 on June 12. UFC 263 is expected to be headlined by the rematch of Israel Adesanya vs Marvin Vettori for the UFC Middleweight Championship Belt.
Both the fighters have confirmed this bout on their respective social media accounts. Fans favorite, The Crank, shared these whimsy words on upcoming fight with Steamrolla, "He's (Frevola) a grinder and he doesn't quit. We are both the type of fighters that you have to put out to win these fights. It's going to be like an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object."
After not fighting in over a year, Frank ”The Crank” Camacho (22-9) will be looking to pick up his first victory at UFC 263. The Mariana Island native has lost four of his last five battles and will be making his first appearance inside the octagon since his June defeat to Justin Jaynes last year. He was supposed to fight Brok Weaver last September, but a positive COVID-19 test put a halt to that.
Camacho outwore COVID-19 and has since returned to Guam, where he recapitulates to train to prepare for any note from the UFC. “I am cranking it up again, doing cycling for my cardio and getting back into running. I am supposed to leave for California sometime this month for a training camp with Team Oyama, but have to push the trip back, probably late next month, to heal my foot injury,” the 31-year-old athlete said a couple of months ago.
While Matt "The Steamrolla" Frevola (8-2-1) had his two-fight win streak snapped in January at UFC 257 against top prospect Arman Tsarukyan. Frevola lost a unanimous decision. He was supposed to fight Ottman Azaitar at that same event; however, on the day of weigh-ins, Azaitar was pulled from the card due to breaking COVID-19 protocols. Before his loss at UFC 257, Frevola had great wins over Jalin Turner and Luis Pena.
If we talk about individual statistics of both of the fighters then the 5'10" Camacho has an upper hand. He has fought 31 bouts so far, clutching 22 wins out of nowhere. While facing 9 unprecedented losses.
On the other side, the 5'9" USA international, Frevola, registered himself in 11 UFC's ultimate bouts, less than the Crank. He made 8 crucial winning escapes against the opponents, while 2 losses and a maiden draw also came his way.
UFC 263 will take place on June 12, 2021, at the Gila River Arena, Glendale, Arizona, and it is also expected that the Gila River's Arena will be fully packed with the crowd.
The full UFC card has yet to be announced, but is expected to feature the following bouts:

“Camacho is legit. He is on a two-fight losing streak, but has notable wins over Nick Hein, Damien Brown, and Keita Nakamura,” MMA Matchmaking said in its post.
Most notably, the Crank also got Fight of the Night honors in his first three UFC bouts. So, it's going to be a "hot knife through butter" bout!
Homelessness Myth #2: People experiencing homelessness are lazy and should just get a job.
In order to survive, many people who experience homelessness are constantly in search for the necessities of life, such as food, shelter and a source of income.
Therefore, due to the barriers that they face, many people experiencing homelessness do not have the option of being stagnant or lazy.
There are already people experiencing homelessness who are employed; A number of different challenges, such as: lacking a permanent address, not having regular access to showers, barriers to transportation, access to a computer, and access to a phone. Other difficulties like mental illness, make it difficult to obtain employment.
Even when individuals experiencing homelessness find jobs, they are often part-time or minimum wage positions.
This work fails to adequately meet their needs, due to expensive housing costs.

A variety of different factors can contribute to an individual’s experience of homelessness. Often, people experience homelessness when all other options have been exhausted, and/or they are dealing with circumstances that make it difficult to maintain housing.
Some of the obstacles that may lead people to their experiences of homelessness include:
- Eviction.
- Shifts in the economy can create challenges for people to earn an adequate income.
- Lack of affordable housing.
- Difficult transitions from child welfare.
- Inadequate discharge planning for people leaving hospitals, correctional facilities, mental health and addiction facilities.
- Lack of support for immigrants and refugees.
- Traumatic events like a house fire or job loss.
- Personal crisis family break-up, loss of family member or domestic violence.
- Relational problems can include family violence and abuse.
- Coping with mental illnesses or addiction.
All of which can be both a cause and consequence of homelessness.

Frank “The Crank” Camacho has been picked as a worthy opponent for an undefeated Ultimate Fighting Championship newcomer.
In its Instagram post, MMA Matchmaking—a podcast of potential matchups between fighters—listed Camacho among the four warriors who could challenge unbeaten Jordan “The Monkey King” Leavitt.
“It’s interesting to hear that my name is still circulating around in there even though I’ve been inactive for nearly seven months after my last fight in Las Vegas,” said Camacho.
The Team Oyama fighter’s last appearance on the octagon cage was in June 2020 in UFC on ESPN 11 where he lost to newcomer Justin Jaynes (TKO early in the first round). Camacho was then scheduled to wrap up his UFC fight deal with the Sept. 12 bout against Brok “Chata Tuska” Weaver, but the former was pulled out from the UFC Fight Night 177 after he was tested positive for COVID-19.
Camacho survived COVID-19 and has since returned to Guam where he continues to train to prepare for any call from UFC.
“I am cranking it up again, doing cycling for my cardio and getting back into running. I am supposed to leave for California sometime this month for a training camp with Team Oyama, but have to push the trip back, probably late next month, to heal my foot injury,” the 31-year-old athlete said.
Camacho said once he is back on training camp in California, he will talk with coach/trainer Colin Oyama and his manager to discuss the options available for him, including his much-anticipated duel with fellow warrior Weaver.
“If given a chance to fight this 2021, I would love to run it back with Brok just because I trained hard for that fight. I’am not too sure what he has planned, that’s something we have to talk about,” the lightweight fighter said.
“Another fighter? Honestly, whoever. Actually, I just got tagged in Instagram by MMA Matchmaking and they put me on the list of possible fighters to match up with an unbeaten lightweight fighter. With that, I just have to be ready for whatever opportunities that will come my way,” Camacho said.
Leavitt holds an 8-0 card with his recent victory recorded in his UFC debut last month. The 25-year-old slammed Matt Wilman, leaving the latter unconscious for a while in the first round of their bout in the UFC on ESPN 19 in Las Vegas last Dec. 5. The Syndicate MMA standout earned a KO win just 22 seconds into the match. It was Leavitt’s first KO victory, as his seven other triumphs were off submissions (five) and decisions (two).
In picking Camacho as one of the qualified challengers of Leavitt, MMA Matchmaking mentioned that even though the Marianas pride has five losses in UFC, he proved he can brawl and put on a show against top tier fighters like Geoff Neal, Drew Dober, Beneil Darius, and Li Jingliang.
“Camacho is legit. He is on a two-fight losing streak, but has notable wins over Nick Hein, Damien Brown, and Keita Nakamura,” MMA Matchmaking said on its post.
Camacho holds a 22-9 record and 17 of his victories were via KOs/TKOs. He also got Fight of the Night honors in his first three UFC bouts.
Besides Camacho, other fighters listed as potential threats to Leavitt’s perfect record are Austin Hubbard (12-5), Jaynes (16-6), and Luis Pena (8-3).

Brought my boys to Marbo Cave Guam for the first time!
Mangilao's marvelous Marbo Cave and Cliffs, a refreshing freshwater dwelling perfect for cooling off on a hot day or for a short, exciting excursion. We'll also check out some cool cliffs showcasing the dangerous beauty of the island's northeastern coast.
Although many resources refer to Marbo Cave as a hike, it really isn't. At best, it's a short, easy five- to 10-minute walk down a modestly steep slope and slippery staircase. Let's call it a "brief nature walk."

Hike to Gadao's Cave in Inarajan Guam.
It was our first time to Gadao's Cave in Inarajan Guam. The petroglyphs were super clean and vivid. Gadao's Cave on the beach of Inarajan Bay features about 20 pictographs, and one of them is thought to depict these two mighty leaders. It's not always easy to date pictographs, but the images in Gadao's Cave may be as old as 800 CE
]]>I took my two boys and two nephews down to Tarzan Falls in Santa Rita Guam. They had a blast! Learning many skills of hiking, tracking your trail, sticking together, and having a good time enjoying the outdoors.

Thanksgiving 2020 was a different one for my family and I. We went on a "vision quest" up Mt Lamlam. Sasa has never been up Mt. Lamlam, and my two little boys have never been.
We woke up at 4am so we can catch the Thanksgiving sunrise at the peak. It was amazing to bond with family and friends, and to make it to the top for the first time as a family.
Thank you Rome & Jesrae for joining us this year. Lets make it an annual thing! WHOO HOOO
Happy Thanksgiving! Si Yuus Maase for the love and support over the years!

I would like to thank Doctor Shieh for being awesome to our growing little family. He has been Sasa's doctor since our first pregnancy with our oldest, Franklin. As a first time father, I had NO IDEA about the whole birth process. It was real scary as a matter of fact. Doctor Shieh guided Sasa and I and made the process seemless. His knowledge, confidence and "people person" personality helped us through every process of the pregnancy and birth. We are looking forward to our third one.
Sasa and I asked Doc to not tell us the gender. We will be waiting for the ultimate surprise and wait till birth. Antigu style. lol.
Sasa and I are hoping for a girl, but all in all, we hope for a healthy little one. :) (we wouldn't mind another boy too. Boys are awesome lol)
A lot of the "older aunties" are saying its a girl. You know how it is with their Chamorro superstitions. haha. Either way, we are happy and grateful for everyhting, and look forward to meeting this healthy little CRANKSTER!
What are your thoughts? Do you think its a boy? do you think its a girl? How so?
.
If you have the chance, please visit my shop for CRANK gear. I have some baby and kids gear too that I designed for my little CRANKSTERS. Thanks for the love and support always!

It was such a beautiful day (which is almost every day in the Marianas lol)
I had to make "home school recess" a beach day. The boys definitely had a good time. We stopped by The Fokai Shop in Fujita Rd. Tumon, and walked all of Tumon bay where the boys and I swam.
As a father, it is so nice seeing them enjoy the things I did growing up in the islands. The beach, the sun, the sand, and the outdoors. Blessings upon blessings.
Never take home and the little things for granted! Tell someone you love them!
Keep CRANKIN IT UP!
]]>Wear your mask, wash your hands, watch your distance, stay home, stay at home, lockdown. Why is this the only messaging I’ve been seeing!
In September of this year I tested positive for covid 19. When I did get it, I wondered to myself where is the messaging on what to do? How to fight it off? What should I be doing aside from isolating myself? How do I prepare myself for covid 19 in the event I get it?
This really blew my mind!
I believe covid19 isn’t going to be as bad for you if u stay and keep healthy. Young or old u need to stay healthy. You have a better chance at fighting covid and any disease if ur immune system can fight. But u need to constantly train ur body to fight.
When I tell people about my covid experience and how it didn’t affect me... aside from a runny nose and losing taste and smell. They always say “Oh it’s because you’re healthy.” They say it in a way like it’s a super power. Like in one of the lucky few to be healthy. Like it’s a special attribute.
When it’s really... a choice.
I am grateful I choose to eat wholesome and nutritious foods, to be active, and my family and I choose this lifestyle. I believe it was because of this that helped me through it all
Testing positive for covid 19 myself w/ no real guidance forced me to revert to my 5 basics!
#1 Eat healthy & wholesome foods
May we all be responsible and not infect those who may not be able to fight COVID19 or any other disease.
Lets all continue the 3 W's. Wear our mask, watch our distance, and wash our hands.
Stay safe everyone! Keep CRANKIN it up! And... Tell someone you love them!
